instaCommerce spent a considerate amount of time going through details some of which we hadn't considered, and within a few hours provided me with a detailed breakdown of the complete service Insta Commerce would be providing, and at a competitive price. In the mean time I was sent a web link to take a look through the Insta Commerce portfolio, which I found to be of a high and varied standard.
Once we had decided on a start date for the project, a meeting was set where I would be introduced to the whole team, this was carried out over a web based/voip meeting programme, and being a sucker for modern communication I found this quite refreshing.
During the build process, I received constant updates and was given log in details for the Insta Commerce forum, where myself and the rest of the team could communicate regarding the build. Further web based/voip meetings were held where the site would be discussed in detail, and any amendments were promptly made. Once the site was live I was taken through a detailed training process by team, after which I received notes outlining the steps discussed. The exceptional level of service I received in the beginning was continued thought the build process, and has continued even after final payment was made.
